Job Description

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team as a Financial Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, and monthly financial dashboards.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for ventures.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and statutory filings.
  • Assist in audits, financial documentation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with business teams to provide financial insights for decision-making.
  • Implement internal financial controls to drive efficiency and reduce risks.
  • Support venture finance setup for new business units.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce (BCom/MCom) or professional qualification (ICWA).
  • 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounts, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, financial models).
