Job Summary

The Senior Specialist-Real Estate plays a pivotal role in leading the bank's infrastructure and facilities management services for assigned regions, ensuring operational efficiency.

This vital position is accountable for maintaining smooth day-to-day maintenance and facilities operations, contributing to overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.

The role holder contributes to strategic planning by evaluating and projecting future facility needs and proposing options to achieve them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify properties for Bank branches and offices, ensuring optimal space utilization.
  • Structure deals in the best interest of the Bank, aligning commercial terms with market conditions.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for consent and approval.
  • Maintain accurate documentation as per the Bank's legal team directives.
  • Review, analyze, and present real estate financial analysis to project objectives, evaluate feasibility studies.
  • Perform property visits, recommend alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning as necessary.
  • Oversee real estate documentation files, ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage relationships with landlords, contracts, and offers.
  • Assist administrative and field staff to maximize performance.
  • Collaborate with real estate attorneys on legal issues.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate services-related regulations.
  • Provide materials and services to business support units to aid their day-to-day operations.
  • Foster an environment promoting collaborative learning and collective ownership of responsibilities.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Attend landlord queries related to payments, TDS, GST, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with design teams on layout designing for better space utilization.

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to benchmarks and processes for finalizing commercials and other key parameters.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduation (Bachelor of Commerce, B Com, Bachelor of Science, B Sc, Bachelor of Arts, BA, Bachelor of Business Administration, BBA, Bachelor of Management Studies, BMS).
  • Post-Graduation (Master of Business Administration, MBA, Master of Commerce, M Com, Master of Arts, MA).

Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
