Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients across various platforms, including software, hardware, and network issues.

Your primary objective will be to ensure timely response to all tickets raised by the client end-user, adhering to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage client software, hardware, and network based on service requests.
  • Ensure timely response of all tickets raised by the client end-user.
  • Solutioning service requests while maintaining quality parameters.
  • Act as a custodian of client's network, server, system, storage, platform, infrastructure, and other equipment to ensure proper functioning and upkeep.
  • Perform root cause analysis of tickets raised and create an action plan to resolve problems.
  • Provide acceptance and immediate resolution to high-priority tickets.
  • Install and configure software and hardware requirements based on service requests.
  • Provide application and user access as per client requirements.
  • Track all tickets from acceptance to resolution stage.
  • Maintain timely backup of important data, logs, and management resources.
Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should have a strong understanding of IT concepts, including software, hardware, and network systems. Additionally, you will need to have experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving, as well as being able to work effectively under pressure.

Knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, and software applications is essential. You should also be familiar with troubleshooting techniques and have experience with incident management. A strong background in customer service and technical writing is also desirable.
