Position Details:

Job Title: Technical Lead – GEN AI

Function/Department: Technology

Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru - Work From Office

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of LLM models and Gen AI applications.
• Possess a strong foundational knowledge in traditional machine learning and deep neural networks
• Leverage Azure AI services, including Cognitive search, Azure Machine Learning and Azure OpenAI, to build and deploy AI/Gen AI applications.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python and have experience with machine learning/LLM/Gen AI libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Langchain and NLP tools like SpaCy, NLTK.
• Have hands-on experience with LlamaIndex, LangChain, or equivalent frameworks
• Carry a rich experience in designing, developing, and deploying advanced RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) based Gen AI solutions.
• Possess a strong understanding of LLMs, vector databases (like Chroma, Pinecone, Azure Cognitive Search), and embedding techniques
• Evaluate and implement different embedding models (Azure OpenAI, Cohere, etc.) and chunking strategies (fixed size, overlap-based etc.)
• Design and implement agentic AI systems that can autonomously perform tasks, make decisions, and interact with other systems or users effectively
• Have experience in applying advanced fine-tuning methods such as Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA), Quantized LoRA (QLoRA), and Pattern-Exploiting Training (PET) to optimize open-source models for specific tasks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Github Actions or similar
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data collection, preprocessing, and management for AI applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices in Gen AI development

Skills and Qualifications:

• Total Experience 13-15 years; Gen AI Experience – 5 + years
• Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology
