Financial Management Role at Ayurprabhava Pvt Ltd:

Ayurprabhava Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Management Specialist to manage the financial records, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in all financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statement Analysis: Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliation.
  • Tax Compliance: Process GST, Payroll, TDS payments, ESI, and PF, and maintain accurate payroll records.
  • Month-End and Year-End Audits: Conduct month-end and year-end audits and closing processes, including internal auditing.
  • Tax Returns and Compliance: Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting and forecasting processes to optimize financial planning.
  • Financial Record Maintenance: Perform micro accounting tasks to maintain detailed records of transactions and expenditures.
  • E-commerce Accounting: Audit e-commerce accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Financial Insights: Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.
  • Internal Controls: Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Degree and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Zoho Books, strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong communication skills.
