  • Nurture leads through timely and meaningful follow-ups, engaging with them through phone calls, emails, or text messages to encourage them to progress in the process.
  • Maintain and process all lead data using sophisticated CRM software, aligning the school leadership team and other remote teams through periodic updates.
  • Understand the value proposition of competitor schools in the vicinity.
  • Maintain relationships with local communities of parents and students, generating awareness and referrals for the school.
  • Understand parents' mindset, doubts, and apprehensions, empathizing with them.
  • Provide feedback to central teams on matters related to marketing, academics, and administration.
