About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled performance marketer to lead our digital marketing efforts. As a Performance Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing cross-channel campaigns that drive sustainable business outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Own the performance marketing strategy across all digital channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Programmatic).
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure optimal ROI.
- Create frameworks for continuous testing and optimization – from ad creatives to conversion funnels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Implement data-driven methodologies for attribution, incrementality, and lifetime value optimization.
- Lead and develop a team of performance marketers, fostering innovation and accountability.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with proven success in scaling campaigns.
- Deep expertise in multi-channel paid media and advanced analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of CRO, attribution modeling, and growth experimentation.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders.
- A growth mindset: combining strategic vision with hands-on problem-solving.
