Software Engineering Leader Wanted - Drive Innovation and Excellence

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the development and operations of a scalable, reliable SaaS platform.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in software engineering, team management, and technical leadership. They should have a strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, containerization, APIs, infrastructure-as-code, and serverless computing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive platform engineering strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead global R&D roadmaps and product transformation initiatives.
  • Mentor and retain a high-performing engineering team.
  • Oversee the development and operations of a scalable, reliable SaaS platform.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 20+ years of experience in software engineering, with 15+ years in SaaS platform/product development.
  • Proven leadership managing teams of 100+ engineers across diverse skill sets.
  • Expertise in Java, .NET, AWS, RedHat, ETL tools, front-end technologies, and familiarity with Github Copilot and Jira.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and building engineering talent pipelines.
