Senior Database Developer Role

We are seeking an accomplished senior database developer to design, implement, and maintain large-scale database systems.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in database development, data modeling, and database administration, with the ability to write efficient and scalable code.

Additionally, a solid understanding of software development methodologies, Unix/Linux commands, and shell scripting skills are essential for this role.

A strong foundation in Python programming is beneficial, although not mandatory. Familiarity with DevOps (Jenkins, Artifactory, Docker & Kubernetes) is also required, as well as experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or other cloud providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement large-scale database systems
  • Maintain database performance and optimize queries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop software solutions
  • Ensure data security and integrity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in database development and administration
  • Expertise in PL/SQL, SQL, and databases
  • Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting skills
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and cloud platforms
