Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bancassurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in sales and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:- Candidates with experience in Life Insurance preferred
- Customers acquisition through resource utilization of banks database, foot falls, generated prospects
- Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt issue of policy document
- Explore opportunities to develop new markets/ segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time
- Support other Relationship Managers and the bank sales team where requested by the sales manager by coaching them in company knowledge, products, services & selling skills, accompanying them on client visits & modeling relevant behavior
- Should have 1 year experience in insurance sales in any insurance channel. Looking candidates from insurance and banking
- Insurance experience or BFSI is mandatory
- Graduation is must
- Good track record and employment stability is must
