Job Title: Product Solutions ExpertWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Solutions Expert to join our team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as an expert on products, working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive sales growth.
  • Meet customer needs and market demands by providing product solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Launch new products, ensuring seamless integration into existing product lines.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams, distributors, and customers to enhance product understanding.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date product documentation, including training materials, to ensure accurate and consistent information.
  • Distribute study materials and articles to the sales team to enhance product knowledge.
  • Conduct market share analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Take on new assignments and projects, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to inform product decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
