Job Opportunity

We seek an experienced professional to join our sales team as a Relationship Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Regional Distributors, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Build and nurture relationships with Intermediary Financial Advisors (IFA) Channels, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Drive distributors to sell products through strategic planning, coaching, and incentives.
  • Ensure timely resolution of service/operational issues and maintain high service standards.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and internal processes.

Required Skills

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Mutual Fund Industry, including regulations and compliance.
  • Proven experience in managing Institutional Sales, Retail, Banking, and Distribution channels.
  • Thorough knowledge of Mutual Fund compliances and regulatory frameworks.

Preferred Skills

  • High levels of intrinsic motivation, perseverance, and target-driven behavior.
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer focus, and ability to coordinate across disparate groups.
  • Ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions.
