AI Assurance Architect

We are seeking a seasoned expert in artificial intelligence to join our Quality Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing testing methodologies specific to AI models and algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Testing Methodologies: Develop and execute testing strategies tailored to AI model requirements, ensuring thorough evaluation of their performance and functionality.
  • AI Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, and neural networks. Familiarity with various AI frameworks, libraries, and tools is also essential.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Assess and ensure the quality of training data for AI models, applying expertise in data preprocessing and cleaning techniques to enhance model performance.
  • Automation and Tooling: Develop automation scripts using open-source tools for AI applications, as well as leverage specialized AI testing tools and frameworks.
  • Performance and Scalability Testing: Evaluate and optimize the performance and scalability of AI models, simulating various scenarios to assess their behavior under different conditions.
  • Ethical AI Practices: Comprehend ethical considerations in AI and implement testing practices that adhere to responsible AI principles.
  • Collaboration and Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams while maintaining awareness of regulations and standards related to AI, ensuring testing practices comply with relevant guidelines.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address challenges in AI testing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in AI testing;
  • Proficiency in Python programming language;
  • Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other AI frameworks;
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
