About the Role

We are seeking a mid-level Mechanical CAD Engineer to join our team in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing precision parts and documentation for CNC-machined and cast components.
  • Performing simulations and tests to validate designs, creating technical drawings and documentation,
  • Applying GD&T principles per ISO and ASME Y14.5 standards to define form, fit, and function of parts
  • Collaborating with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to iterate on designs
  • Supporting design reviews and providing technical input on manufacturability

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–7 years of experience in 2D mechanical engineering for products from prototype to production, with a primary focus on CNC machining and casting
  • Proficient in SOLIDWORKS and other CAD software i.e. NX, CATIA
  • Strong working knowledge of GD&T principles
  • ISO or ASME Y14.5 certification is strongly preferred but not mandatory
