Purpose of Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting learning need analysis and creating learning strategies aligned to business needs, designing and facilitating classroom and Virtual training and learning journeys for junior staff, doing assessment for impact analysis, and also handling routine tasks like report writing and database management for own programs.

This role might be suitable for someone who

  • Possesses a master's qualification in HRM/ HRD
  • Has 6-12 years of experience in partnering with business to understand development needs, designing and conducting effective training programs, manage post training reports - either in Training Consulting company or mid to large MNC
  • Impeccable English, multi-lingual would be an advantage, exceptional skills in connecting influencing people at all levels, humble in communication and listening ability
  • Strong customer centric approach-sensitive to customer's needs with speed
Your Principal Accountability & How You Will Make an Impact

The key responsibilities of this role include

  • Understanding the needs in depth of employees by engaging into conversations with key stakeholders by administering diagnostic tools
  • Facilitating classroom and virtual training programs for Managers including assessment, content creation or updating
  • Leading execution of critical outsourced programs with external trainers
  • Sharing training reports and updating LMS
  • Creating quarterly training calendars and work plans
