Workday Finance Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Workday Finance Consultant to join our team. This role will involve performing Workday configurations using varied skillsets and articulating business problems, developing recommendations, influencing stakeholders to adopt an approach and delivering results.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent, with certification in the Workday platform being preferred. They will also possess exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt and be flexible when working extended hours to meet deadlines.

A key responsibility of this role will include obtaining product certification to guide Client financial teams through the best approach forward. The consultant will use their product knowledge to develop solution designs that help customers achieve their goals.

The Workday Finance Consultant will work with diverse people, adapting their communication style to meet the needs of each client. They will collaborate and work with teams from different geographies, be open to asking for help and supporting when required.

This role requires 2+ years of relevant work experience, with certified Workday Fin being preferred. Working knowledge on Workday is also preferred.
