Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant

Mumbai/Pune based companies seek a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant to lead or support SAP FICO module implementation and configuration activities. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in core FICO processes, configuration, and integration points with other SAP modules.

The job responsibilities include leading or supporting SAP FICO module implementation and configuration activities, participating in all phases of the project lifecycle: requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. You will work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into SAP solutions.

As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will deliver one or more complete end-to-end implementations in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.). Your role includes providing training, documentation, and support to users. You must ensure timely resolution of issues and adherence to best practices.

This position requires strong knowledge of core FICO components: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting. Experience in working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams is essential. Good understanding of business processes in finance and controlling is necessary. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also required. Excellent communication and client interaction skills are needed to excel in this role.

Preferred qualifications include SAP S/4HANA certification in Finance (Public Cloud edition), experience with Fiori apps and Public Cloud restrictions/configurations, and exposure to Agile/Scrum project methodologies.
