As a skilled Interior Designer, you will be responsible for crafting innovative designs based on close collaborations with clients. To excel in this role, you should possess exceptional creative thinking skills, enabling you to adapt your approach in response to client feedback. Familiarity with the latest trends in interior design is also essential to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations.

  • To drive sales growth by owning the Sales funnel
  • To ensure seamless customer experiences during projects
  • To lead quality assurance and accuracy of design deliverables
  • To manage end-to-end project lifecycles

Key Qualifications:

  • Graduation or relevant Diploma | 15 years of academic education
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an Interior Designer
  • Led and delivered at least 5-6 residential projects
  • Expertise in design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD
  • Familiarity with design concepts including layout, style, moodboards, material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation
  • Project management skills, including creating Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and coordinating with internal and external agencies
  • Sales acumen, with the ability to craft logical and trusted sales pitches and lead design meetings with customers
  • Strong behavioral attributes, including result orientation, teamwork, integrity, ethics, crisp communication, and a willingness to learn
