About the Role



As a Senior Data Conversion Lead, you will be responsible for leading large-scale data conversion projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration with our industry-leading platform. Your expertise in extract, transform, load (ETL) methodologies, data mapping tools, and SQL scripting will enable you to scope, develop, test, and implement data conversions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead data conversion projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate results.
  • Collaborate with client operations and executive teams to confirm business requirements and align with technical requirements.
  • Oversee data-related initiatives, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers, serving as a primary point of contact for large-scale product implementations and business-led change initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, adapting your skills to meet evolving customer needs.


Requirements



To succeed in this role, you will need:

Education:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Experience:

* 8+ years of experience as a data conversion specialist or similar position

* 10+ years of total experience in the IT/Financial/Equity domain

Skills:

* Excellent English written, oral, and presentation skills

* Strong knowledge of ETL methodologies, data mapping tools, and SQL scripting

* Experience with assessing data and analytic requirements to establish mapping rules

* Ability to determine priorities daily to achieve business objectives

At insightsoftware, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Location:



This role is based in Hyderabad, India, with the possibility of remote work arrangements. We are unable to sponsor visas at this time.
