Job Title: Freelance Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Graphic Designer to join our team on a project basis. The successful candidate will have excellent design skills, with the ability to create visually appealing graphics and designs for social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design daily social content, including Instagram carousels, reels covers, short video graphics, YouTube thumbnails, story templates, and WhatsApp broadcast art.
  • Maintain and evolve our social brand guidelines, typography, color, iconography, and illustration style.
  • Translate content briefs into clear visual narratives, data visuals, and memes that are easy to grasp and fun to share.
  • Create lightweight motion graphics (titles, lower-thirds, transitions) and edit simple reels when needed.
  • Iterate based on performance metrics (shares, saves, CTR, watch time) with rapid A/B tests (e.g., two thumbnail variants).

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of hands-on social design experience for consumer brands or media (finance/fintech is a plus).
  • A strong portfolio of Instagram-first work (carousels, thumbnails, short-form graphics, data illustrations).
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator); basic After Effects/Premiere for motion.
  • Comfort with data visualization (turning numbers into clean, digestible graphics).
  • Solid typography & layout fundamentals, with sharp attention to detail and consistency.
  • Ability to work in fast sprints, manage multiple briefs, and deliver on deadlines.
