Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of working with Agile delivery methods, as well as hands-on experience in Business Intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau.

  • This is a key role that involves developing and managing issues/workstreams of increasing complexity, scope, and process.
  • The ideal candidate will provide guidance to colleagues and junior consultants on issues/workstreams of increasing complexity, scope, and process.
Key Responsibilities

The Business Intelligence Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Developing workstreams of increasing complexity and scope to help consumers find the right information at the right time.
  • Developing solutions which help business uncover insights that guide effective decision-making processes.
  • Incorporating predictive and prescriptive elements in solutioning to help business understand potential outcomes and draw specific recommendations.
  • Helping in developing standard data-management practices around storage, cataloguing, retrieval, and retention.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree, equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience may be suitable.
  • Good hands-on experience in Business Intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau etc.
  • Good data management and transformation skills particularly in writing Python, PySpark, and SQL queries.
  • Experience in handling Global Customers.
  • Ability to synthesize data coming from different subject areas and provide recommendations to non-technical audience.
