Lead Ayurveda and Panchakarma Therapy Team

Ayurvedic Doctors are responsible for leading the clinical team at a wellness center, ensuring evidence-based treatment and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct comprehensive Ayurvedic consultations to diagnose and prescribe personalized Panchakarma protocols and internal medicines.
  2. Design annual treatment menus and train Panchakarma therapists to ensure correct practices and patient safety.
  3. Oversee the recruitment, coaching, and appraisal of a multidisciplinary team of doctors, therapists, nurses, and dietitians.
  4. Develop a culture of empathy and continuous improvement by staying abreast of the latest research in Ayurveda and integrative medicine.

Essential Qualifications:

  • BAMS degree from a recognized university.
  • Post-graduate degree in Panchakarma or related field is preferred.

Experience:

  • 10-20 years of total clinical practice is required.
