We are looking for professionals with a deep understanding of Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing/Accounting/ERP to process Vendor Invoices accurately and respond to queries to ensure timely payment of these Invoices. This role requires reviewing and processing invoices, providing resolutions for invoices, and releasing invoices for payment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and validate basic essentials of valid invoices, including supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice number, and invoice date
  • Resolve all vendor queries and requests coming via email or tickets within the agreed SLA
  • Maintain a tracker of exceptions and handle invoices and queries based on the exception tracker
  • Maintain exception logs for process-related exceptions for knowledge retention
  • Independently perform transactional tasks that support compliance, planning, and execution of assigned processes

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
  • Freshers are eligible
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
