About Us:

We're looking for a visionary Data Analyst who can drive AI-first solutions and bring out industry-leading cutting-edge AI projects.

The ideal candidate will lead the development of comprehensive AI solutions that excel in real client use-cases around Information Extraction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide end-to-end AI-based solutions that meet customer requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions are comprehensive as required by the use case
  • Stay abreast with latest trends in AI technologies and provide technical leadership to execute large-scale, complex search solutions
  • Mentor junior engineers on AI technologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or related technical discipline
  • 2-10 years of software development experience with creating AI solutions
  • High proficiency in machine learning, NLP/NLU, computer vision, narrow language models (BERT) and general language models
  • Good understanding of unsupervised learning, supervised learning, reinforcement learning and generative models
  • Advanced knowledge of HuggingFace libraries (transformers, tokenizers, accelerate) and Langchain
  • Build, versioning and maintaining AI models along with performance optimizations to run at scale
  • Create and maintain training data from large knowledge bases consisting of semantic relationships
  • Experience with other NLP libraries like nltk, spacy, gensim, etc
  • Expertise in programming languages commonly used in AI development, such as Python and proficiency in libraries like NumPy and Pandas

Preferred Skills:

  • Technical depth and business acumen to solve real-world problems
  • Experience with multilingual NLP
  • A willingness to experiment rapidly and get things done
  • Exceptional customer relationship skills including ability to understand common technical requirements
  • Experience with Agile/Lean (Kanban, Scrum), http / REST services, Linux
