Hotel Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and maintaining the integrity of our accounting systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner overnight, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our valued patrons.
- Handle reservations, arrange wake-up calls, taxis, and shuttle services with efficiency and attention to detail, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
- Assist VIPS and VVIPS with branded follow-up, providing personalized support and enhancing their overall experience.
- Post room charges and taxes to guest accounts, process invoices, and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Balance cash drawers, process credit card transactions, and verify receipts, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Track financial metrics such as room occupancy rates and revenues, providing valuable insights and supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare end-of-day reports and summary cash balances for hotel management, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and supporting informed business decisions.
- Minimum 3+ years of front desk experience at managerial level, with a proven track record of success and leadership skills.
- Basic math and accounting skills, with the ability to accurately process transactions and maintain financial records.
- Proficient in MS Office, PMS, and IDS software, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
