Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Developer to join our team. As a Technical Content Developer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation that aligns with our company's style guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, strong decision-making and planning skills, research skills, attention to detail, and team player skills. They will also have experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment and proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Visio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create technical documentation that is clear, concise, and accurate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality documentation.
- Extract product information from various sources.
- Participate in peer review processes to enhance documentation quality.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of existing documentation processes and standards.
Requirements:
- Excellent English writing skills.
- Knowledge of MSTP is required. Familiarity with programming languages is a plus but not essential.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Strong decision-making and planning skills, research skills, attention to detail, and team player skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and analytical skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Visio.
