Our company seeks an Integration Analyst to design and implement enterprise integrations across supply chain, manufacturing, and industrial automation environments.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will work closely with product managers, engineers, and client IT/OT teams to design robust, scalable, and compliant integrations that enable digital transformation in life sciences manufacturing.
  • They will leverage their expertise in ISA-95 (Enterprise-Control System Integration) and ISA-88 (Batch Control) standards to ensure consistency and interoperability in integration design.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions between ERP, MES, supply chain platforms, and industrial automation systems.
  2. Applying standards such as ISA-95 and ISA-88 in integration design.
  3. Architecting and implementing Industry 4.0–ready integration frameworks to support smart manufacturing and connected supply chains.
  4. Collaborating with client IT/OT teams to define requirements, map data flows, and establish secure communication protocols.
  5. Leveraging APIs, middleware, ESBs, and modern integration tools for scalable deployments.
  6. Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, data integrity).
  7. Troubleshooting and optimizing integration performance, reliability, and scalability.
  8. Documenting integration architecture, specifications, and operating procedures.
  9. Supporting product roadmap by advising on integration best practices and emerging technologies.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 5–10 years of experience in system integration, industrial automation, or manufacturing IT/OT.
  • Expertise in ISA-95 (Enterprise-Control System Integration) and ISA-88 (Batch Control) standards.
