We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to strengthen our finance team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily accounting tasks including GL entries, bank reconciliations, and vendor/customer ledgers.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, billing, and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely monthly closures, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Manage statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, PT, and PF/ESIC filings.
- Support audits with schedules and documentation.
- Generate management information reports and provide insights on expenses, collections, and cash flow.
- Implement internal controls and process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- 5-7 years of accounting experience with strong GST/TDS knowledge.
- Experience with Zoho Books or similar systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
