Share Transfer and Financial Operations Specialist

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent analytical abilities. The Share Transfer and Financial Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire process of share transfers, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards. They will also have experience in finance operations, specifically in share transfers and partners' books maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of financial records and books of partners
  • Preparing and updating financial statements for partners, including calculating profit shares
  • Supporting audit processes and preparing relevant documentation as needed

Key qualifications include:

  • CMA qualification (Cost & Management Accountant), fully qualified or in advanced stage
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance operations, specifically in share transfers and partners' books maintenance
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards
  • Proficient user of accounting software; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
