We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead the development of our Large Language Model (LLM).

Job Summary

The successful candidate will design and oversee the overall architecture for the LLM, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop the overall architecture for the LLM, including scalability, modularity, and security principles.
  • Define the technical strategy and create a roadmap in line with organizational goals.
  • Decide on the technology stack, frameworks, and tools for LLM development and deployment.
  • Oversee integration of data pipelines, model training environments, and deployment infrastructure.
  • Identify potential technical risks and define mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, domain experts, and stakeholders for cohesive implementation.
  • Stay updated with AI advancements and incorporate best practices to improve LLM capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep knowledge in AI, ML, NLP, and large language models (LLMs).
  • Strong grasp of software architecture, including scalability, modularity, and security principles.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of big data technologies, data pipeline design, and data management practices.
  • Expertise in CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring for ML models.
  • Ability to guide technical teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills for addressing complex technical challenges.
