Certifications: We require strong knowledge of C-Cure Enterprise and Genetec Enterprise. Good communication skills and coordination are necessary to work with site facilities teams, change control, triage, and troubleshooting that might impact site security and safety. You will also need to coordinate with other contractors.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct operations, installations, and configurations of not just Cody but also other technicians on-site performing Operations project installs.
  • Camera, panel, and reader installation and configuration OSDP reader configuration and programming with Seos/i Class/Prox technologies.
  • Installation of CCure for a medium to large site, including card holders and key cards.
  • Device and user management and configuration, supporting CCure in a complex corporate environment.
  • Troubleshooting install of the software and diagnosing problems to properly engage Software House support.

 

Requirements: Self-sufficient, motivated, and multitasking skills are essential. Ability to direct operations, installations, and configurations is crucial. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CCure and Genetec, are required. Experience working in a virtual environment is beneficial.
