Network Security Technician

The role of a Technical Support Specialist involves providing first-line customer service and technical assistance to clients via phone, chat, or email.
Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support teams as needed.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring performance, capacity, and availability of firewalls on an ongoing basis, working with other technical staff to develop firewall architectures, technologies, and quality assurance policies and procedures.
Key qualifications for this position include excellent communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a high level of ethics and integrity.
