We are seeking a skilled web developer to join our team. As a web developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality web applications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, design solutions, and ensure the smooth operation of our web applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge and experience in PHP web development, proficient in Laravel framework and its ecosystem, solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, and experience with relational databases like MySQL and ORM frameworks like Eloquent.

Additionally, the candidate should have familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, experience with version control systems, preferably Git, knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services, understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Design and implement efficient, scalable, and secure code for web applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate project requirements into technical solutions.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues in web applications and provide timely resolutions.
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in PHP and Laravel development, and suggest improvements to enhance application performance and usability.
  • Maintain documentation of code and project tasks and contribute to technical specifications.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a web developer, with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Demonstrable portfolio of web applications developed using PHP and Laravel framework.
  • Strong understanding of web application security best practices.
  • Familiarity with Linux environment and server administration.
