As a **Senior RPA Developer**, you will work closely with our business teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop new automated solutions. Your role will encompass designing, documenting, building, testing, and supporting deployments using best practices in automation, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, document, develop, and test automations using UiPath to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Assess automation opportunities and contribute to the solution design phase to identify the best approach for each project.
  • Conduct thorough testing of automations in both development and production environments to ensure high-quality results.
  • Implement enhancements and manage change requests following a structured change control process to minimize disruption to our services.
  • Manage your workload effectively, balancing task priorities and maintaining up-to-date status to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure clear communication throughout the change management cycles to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Develop workable solutions to a variety of problems, using your experience and creativity to find innovative solutions.

**Key Skills Required:**

  • 3+ years of experience with UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate, with a proven track record of delivering successful automation projects.
  • Development experience with UiPath's AI Centre, including training ML models and Human-In-The-Loop automations to improve process efficiency.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Databricks, and Salesforce is highly regarded, with experience in integrating with these systems to deliver seamless automation solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and system testing skills to identify and resolve automation issues quickly.
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Enterprise to ensure seamless integration with our systems.
  • General understanding of Agile software development concepts and processes to deliver automation solutions that meet our customers' needs.
