Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to spearhead our software development efforts. This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic leader to drive innovation, foster collaboration, and propel our product vision forward.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver High-Quality Products: Lead the delivery of complex software features using Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic Alignment: Partner with Product Management to define product strategy, achieve product vision, and prioritize user stories.
  • Team Leadership: Develop and manage high-performing engineering teams by hiring, onboarding, coaching, and upskilling.
  • Process Improvement: Design, deploy, and improve SDLC processes in coordination with Product and QA teams.
  • Talent Development: Foster a culture of growth and development, ensuring team members have opportunities to learn and advance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in software product/platform development.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one of Go, Python, or Java, prior experience with AI solution execution, and preferred use of AI tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills, positive attitude, strong people management skills.
