Job OpportunityWe're seeking a Head of Business Growth and Strategy to help us incubate and lead a new line of business - MSME loans. This is a unique opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of our digital-first MSME business.
- Define Org Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for a digital-first MSME business.
- P&L Management: Set pricing, optimize processes, and work closely with finance for business planning.
- Distribution Building: Collaborate with the marketing team to establish partnerships and build distribution channels.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in financial services, specifically in MSME lending and P&L management. You should have experience managing multiple geographies, setting up and scaling distribution networks, and building partnerships.
A deep understanding of credit policies and operational processes is essential, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. You should also have hands-on experience in colending and digital lending processes, as well as a keen interest in data analysis and metrics tracking.
