Business Data Management Leader

This position oversees data management, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client and policy data.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness through regular quality checks and audits.
  • Develop reports as per business requirements to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Maintain relationships with corporate, clients, TPA, and insurance companies for smooth endorsement processes.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis using Excel tools to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders.
  • Monitor team performance, improve processes, and mentor team members to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop client service strategies and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
  • Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from any background; General Insurance certifications are advantageous.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in General Insurance industry (Insurance Company/Brokers/TPA).
  • Experience in handling data management portals, preferably SAIBA.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office and Team Management skills.
  • Ability to work with large data sets on multiple systems.
