Role Overview

We're seeking skilled Python developers to fill this key position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable applications, APIs, backend services, and automation tools using Python frameworks.

  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python codebases.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and backend services utilising frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Integrate third-party services, APIs, and databases efficiently.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver seamless solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop tools to streamline internal processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Write automation scripts for data processing, ETL pipelines, or testing workflows.
  • Optimise queries and ensure data security and integrity.
  • Debug and resolve issues in code, APIs, or server environments quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Python programming.
  • Experience with at least one web framework: Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
  • Good understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithms.

Criteria:

  • For Freshers:
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
    • Strong programming knowledge with personal or academic projects showcasing Python skills.
  • For Experienced Developers:
    • 1 to 8+ years of professional Python development experience.
    • Proven track record in backend development, API integration, or data pipelines.
    • Experience working in agile environments.
