Interior Designer - Space Crafting Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Designer to join our team and help us craft exceptional spaces that inspire and elevate the human experience.

  • As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing design concepts for corporate, residential, retail, and hospitality projects. Your expertise will bring spaces to life with creativity and functionality.
  • You will prepare detailed architectural drawings, interior layouts, and 3D renderings to communicate your design ideas effectively. Collaboration with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors is key to ensuring flawless execution of the project.
  • Able to source materials, furniture, and finishes in line with design requirements, budget, and timelines, you will be a vital asset in bringing the vision to reality.
  • Conducting site visits to assess conditions, monitor progress, and validate execution against design is another essential responsibility. This ensures that the final product meets the client's expectations.
  • You will also be required to prepare BOQs, quotations, and presentations, and participate in professional client negotiations. Timely delivery of quality results is crucial in maintaining a positive working relationship.
  • Project management skills are necessary to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently. This includes staying updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Last but not least, you will work collaboratively with team members and consultants to deliver integrated design solutions that exceed client expectations.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and related tools.
  • 4–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and expertise.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in written and spoken English are essential for success in this role.
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs that drive business growth.
  • Must own a vehicle for office/site commuting, as occasional travel may be required.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations is critical to ensuring compliance and delivering quality results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
