Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of a Geodatabase Analyst. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and customer service to our end users. Your primary focus will be on managing Enterprise Geodatabases, troubleshooting technical issues, and working closely with our Enterprise Managed Services team.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including installation, configuration, and performance tuning of ArcGIS Enterprise and related technologies. You will also be responsible for maintaining SOPs for managing customer environments and documenting comprehensive case resolution steps, suggestions, and workaround solutions.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent customer communication, management, and presentation skills. Experience with Esri software, strong problem-solving, and analytics skills are essential. You should also have hands-on experience in working with Enterprise Geodatabases, Versioning, Replication, and Installation, Configuration over supported RDBMS - Oracle / Microsoft SQL Server / PostgreSQL databases.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent customer communication, management, and presentation skills
