Graphic Designer Job Description

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role requires someone who is passionate about design, has a deep understanding of branding and visual storytelling, and can bring concepts to life across multiple formats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop the visual language and design output across multiple brands and campaigns.
  • Lead the conceptualisation and execution of creatives for print, digital, outdoor, films, and other media.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, creative strategists, and client servicing teams to develop compelling ideas that align with brand strategy.
  • Guide and mentor junior designers and visualisers to deliver high-quality work.
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear, consistent, and innovative creative executions.
  • Review creative work to ensure it meets high standards and client expectations.
Requirements:
  • 3-8 years of experience in a mainline advertising agency.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across formats.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and branding.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to ideation, not just design.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
