UI Developer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced UI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in frontend development and be comfortable working across both engineering and business development teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement responsive web applications using ReactJS and jQuery.
  2. Ensure a seamless user experience by following best practices in UX/UI design.
  3. Optimize front-end performance to enhance application speed and responsiveness.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
  1. Work with engineering teams to integrate UI components with backend services.
  2. Partner with business development teams to translate customer needs into design solutions.
  3. Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative UI/UX input.
User-Centered Design & Prototyping
  1. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new product features.
  2. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  3. Maintain design consistency across all company products and platforms.
Code Quality & Maintenance
  1. Write clean, reusable, and efficient code for UI components.
  2. Maintain and update existing UI frameworks and libraries.
  3. Troubleshoot and debug UI-related issues.
Stay Up-to-Date with Trends & Technologies
  1. Keep up with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
  2. Advocate for modern UI frameworks and design approaches to improve the development process.
  3. Continuously enhance skills and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
