Key Responsibilities:Financial Management:
  • Manage the company's financial activities, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
Office Administration:
  • Handle office administration tasks, including vendor management and inventory control.
  • Manage bank-related documentation and transactions.
Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare financial reports, including bank reconciliations and accounts payable/receivable reports.
  • Assist in preparing the Budget and forecast.
Vendor and Invoice Management:
  • Manage vendor payments and raise invoices.
  • Handle e-invoicing processes.
Taxation and Compliance:
  • Handle GST, income tax notices, and other tax-related documentation.
  • File IT returns, annual returns (ROC and MGT 9), and GST annual returns.
Audit Assistance:
  • Assist in various audits, including stock audit, tax audit, and GST audits.
  • Handle audit-related documents and internal, statutory, and fixed assets audits.
Due Diligence:
  • Assist in due diligence processes.
Company Registrations:
  • Manage company incorporation, GST registration, and PT registration.
Ledger and Accounts Management:
  • Scrutinize ledgers and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Import and Exports Payments:
  • Handle imports and exports payments and maintain related documentation.
Payroll Processing:
  • Process salary and bank payments.
  • Reconcile GST, TDS, ESI, PF, and PT payments.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Tally, HostBooks, and Zoho Books.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Possess good oral and written communication skills.
  • Should be a team-player and at the same time should be able to handle the given tasks independently.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
  • 3– 4 years of experience in Administration, Office assistance or Accounting / Finance department
  • Relevant experience in accounting and financial management.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
