Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development (0-1):
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and beyond, building products from the ground up.
- Collaborate closely with Data Science and AI/Engineering teams to define and implement innovative AI-driven solutions that address customer pain points and enhance enterprise workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales teams to understand market needs, improve user experience, and ensure alignment with go-to-market strategies.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements by leveraging customer feedback, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Strategic Product Management:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, understand competitor landscape, and evaluate new technology announcements to leverage the best solutions.
- Apply structured frameworks and methodologies to capture customer pain points, validate hypotheses, and drive product vision and roadmap.
- Business & Revenue Enablement:
- Develop and execute pricing strategies and business plans that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), manage product backlogs, and translate strategic objectives into actionable product features.
- Innovation and Continuous Learning:
- Stay abreast of technological advancements, especially in AI and machine learning, to incorporate cutting-edge features and maintain product competitiveness.
- Continuously seek out feedback, iterate on product offerings, and adapt to the fast-paced nature of enterprise tech and AI-driven solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
- 4-6 years of experience as a Product Manager in a software or tech-driven business environment. Proven experience in creating, launching, and scaling products, preferably with exposure to AI or data science.
- Strong analytical skills with a history of using data to inform product decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in developing pricing strategies, business plans, and writing PRDs.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong track record of building and shipping features.
- Experience or familiarity with AI, machine learning, or data science is a strong plus.
