Dark Web Cybersecurity Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Dark Web Cybersecurity Expert to join our proactive cyber threat detection and mitigation team.

Cyber threats and vulnerabilities are continuously evolving, making it imperative for organizations to have real-time intelligence to take proactive measures. Our mission is to provide cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions using advanced technology, empowering businesses with robust protection against cyber threats.

As a Dark Web Cybersecurity Expert, you will be responsible for monitoring dark web channels, analyzing threat actor behaviors, conducting in-depth cybercrime investigations, and collaborating globally with the team. You will also discover, monitor, and triage underground forums, dark web marketplaces, instant messaging channels, and social media platforms to identify potential cybercrime or threat activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor dark web and underground channels to detect cyber threats and analyze threat actor behaviors.
  • Conduct in-depth cybercrime investigations, produce analytical reports, and collaborate globally.
  • Discover, monitor, and triage underground forums, dark web marketplaces, instant messaging channels, and social media platforms to identify potential cybercrime or threat activities.
  • Collate threat research findings and assessments into deliverables for dissemination of timely intelligence.
  • Provide incident management and threat research support to clients.

Requirements:

  • Excellent understanding of cybersecurity concepts, modern threat landscape, and intelligence framework.
  • Good knowledge in cybercrime methodologies and TTPs opted by financially motivated and state-sponsored threat actors and groups.
  • Experience in cyber tradecraft and online persona management (sock puppets) for gathering closed sources information from underground forums.
  • Experience in open-source intelligence (OSINT) research.
