Junior Graphic Designer Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone at the beginning of their design career, looking to build a solid foundation in visual storytelling and gain exposure to client campaigns, branding, and social media assets.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field and 0-1 year of experience. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva is required. The successful candidate will be able to learn and apply client-specific brand elements consistently, participate in internal design and campaign planning meetings, and maintain proper documentation and storage of ongoing project assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Execution: Assist senior designers in creating visuals for digital platforms.
  • Asset Development: Support in designing social media graphics, client decks, print materials, and digital ads.
  • Brand Guidelines: Learn and apply client-specific brand elements consistently.
  • Brainstorms: Participate in internal design and campaign planning meetings.
  • Design Files: Maintain proper documentation and storage of ongoing project assets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with social media and marketing teams to ensure timely asset delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience (internships or freelancing considered).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva.
  • Understanding of visual balance, typography, and color theory.
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback positively, and grow.
