Job Title: DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team at Mindera. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our software systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud-based infrastructure using GCP, Azure, and Terraform.
  • Develop and deploy automated deployment processes using CI/CD tools like Octopus, Gitlab, and TeamCity.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve production issues, ensuring high-quality code and efficient deployment processes.
  • Implement monitoring and visualization tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and New Relic to ensure system performance and reliability.
  • Lead efforts to enhance the security posture of our platform, including implementing security controls and compliance measures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in operations, DevOps, and software with a strong technical background.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with SRE core principles and successful implementation and iteration of them in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience working with cloud platforms and Infrastructure as code tools.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in at least two programming languages, preferably Python and GoLang.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and cloud-native monitoring and visualization tools.
