Our organization seeks a highly skilled Team Support Specialist to assist the supervisor in overseeing team members' daily tasks and responsibilities. This pivotal role requires strong leadership experience, effective communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the supervisor in managing and overseeing team members' daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Train and coach team members to ensure they meet performance goals and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate team members' performance to provide constructive feedback and support.
- Assist with scheduling and assigning tasks to team members.
- Collaborate with the supervisor to develop and implement new strategies and initiatives for team improvement.
- Act as a point of contact for team members to address questions, concerns, or issues.
- Maintain a positive work environment and ensure team members adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
