Lead Blockchain Developer

We are seeking an elite Cardano developer to collaborate with our team in launching groundbreaking projects on Cardano.
This is a 100% remote, contractual role with no micromanagement or strict hours. You will work directly with our blockchain architects to turn visionary ideas into secure, on-chain reality.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Proven experience developing and deploying smart contracts on the Cardano blockchain;
- Demonstrable track record of building DeFi protocols, marketplaces, DEXs, token liquidity pools, OrderBooks & Cardano tokenomics models;
- Aiken proficiency as primary language and strong grasp of Haskell and functional programming principles;
- Architectural mastery of the UTXO model, Plutus scripts, and the entire Cardano stack;
- Security-first mindset and commitment to writing gas-efficient, robust, and supremely secure code;
- Collaboration skills to integrate on-chain logic with off-chain backend infrastructure built by our team;
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing, testing, simulating, and deploying high-assurance smart contracts in Aiken;
- Architecting and implementing complex on-chain logic for DeFi protocols and marketplaces;
- Collaborating with backend developers to design integration between Cardano's blockchain and our clients' platforms;
- Performing rigorous code reviews and upholding the highest standards of smart contract development.
Success in this role opens the door to multiple, challenging projects on different chains one after the other, directly shaping the Cardano ecosystem.
