Job Title: Senior Associate Software Engineer

This is a critical role that requires individuals to design, develop, and maintain software applications and solutions that meet business needs.

The Sr. Associate Software Engineer will play a key part in creating high-quality, scalable software solutions by working closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex software projects from conception to deployment.
  • Scope, risk, and timeline management.
  • Proven skills in rapid prototyping and translating concepts into working code.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Contribute to front-end and back-end development using cloud technology including React.js and Python.

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript preferred, or other programming languages.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
  • Experience with data processing tools like Hadoop, Spark, or similar.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of Computer Science, IT, or related field experience OR Diploma and 7 to 9 years of Computer Science, IT, or related field experience.
